During a chapter filled with both challenge and quiet hope, where two newcomers were rebuilding life after migration, we finally had space to listen to our own thoughts. A gentle feeling began to grow, a sense that something meaningful and calm should take shape. That feeling became the heart of Minella.

For us, Minella is more than a cake.

It’s about creating moments of connection, a birthday shared, a thoughtful gift, a quiet cup of tea at home, or a small celebration that doesn’t need an occasion.

It’s about making space for the moments that matter, the ones that ask you to slow down, breathe a little deeper, and find joy in the simple, gentle parts of life.

What began with our classic Heritage Honey Cake
grew into a collection inspired by quiet joys:
