Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before placing an order with Minella Patisserie. By placing an order through our website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.
General
Minella Patisserie specialises in handmade Medovik honey cakes and baked goods. All products are handcrafted and may contain slight variations in appearance, decoration, or colour.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Order Cancellations & Changes
If you wish to change your delivery or pickup date, requests must be made at least 7 days prior to the original scheduled date.
- Cancellations made at least 7 days before the delivery or pickup date are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled date are non-refundable.
- Any request to reschedule an order within 7 days is subject to approval at our discretion.
If a refund is approved, please allow approximately 3β5 business days for the funds to appear back in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Returns & Quality Concerns
We take pride in the quality of our cakes and customer satisfaction is very important to us.
If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with photos and details of the issue.
Please do not dispose of the product before contacting us, as we may need the product returned for quality assessment. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or replacement if the product is not returned or if insufficient evidence is provided.
As all cakes are perishable food items, we do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect storage after delivery or pickup
- Damage caused after the order has been received
- Delays caused by third-party courier or postal services
Allergens
Our products may contain or come into contact with:
- Nuts
- Dairy
- Eggs
- Gluten
While we take care during preparation, Minella Patisserie cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
Customers are responsible for informing us of any allergies before placing an order.
Delivery
We currently offer local delivery within selected Melbourne areas only. At this time, we do not offer Australia-wide shipping or interstate delivery.
Delivery Times
Deliveries are generally made between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. While we do our best to meet estimated timeframes, we cannot guarantee delivery at an exact time.
Customers may receive an estimated delivery window on the day of delivery.
Unattended Deliveries
If no one is available to receive the order:
- The cake may be left in a safe place at the delivery address.
- We strongly recommend leaving an insulated bag or cooler/esky in a shaded area during warm weather.
Once the order has been delivered to the nominated address, responsibility for the product passes to the customer.
Failed Deliveries
If delivery cannot be completed due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address details
- No safe place available
- Inability to contact the recipient
the order may be returned, and additional delivery fees may apply for redelivery.
If you are ordering as a gift, please ensure the recipientβs contact number is correct.
Product Availability
As our cakes are handmade in limited batches, some products may occasionally become unavailable. We reserve the right to substitute decorations or packaging where necessary while maintaining overall product quality and presentation.
Custom Orders
Custom cakes and personalised orders may require additional notice and are subject to acceptance based on availability.
Custom orders may be non-refundable once production has commenced.
Pricing
All prices listed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.
Prices and delivery fees are subject to change without notice.
Intellectual Property
All website content, including images, logos, product descriptions, and branding, remains the property of Minella PatisserieΒ and may not be copied or used without written permission.
